What makes you care enough to comment back with this BS?

For those of you who fork over 500.00-1000 bucks for an hour of a ladies time, what makes it worth it? We have several visitors coming to the area in the 600-1000 range and it got me wondering.

It's been a while since economics class but my understanding was besides supply and demand there was something about value for the money. While there are people like BE500 and others that can clearly afford it(myself included), I don't see their reviews in that range, in fact just the opposite.

It can't be because of looks or perfomance, that can be obtained for a lot less. Shooting a scene for Bang Bros does not make you a "porn star" nor does having an airbrushed photo on a calander with a circulation of 500 make you a "model".

For me spending 90k for a new 2009 Porsche is fine but spending 70k for a 2009 Porsche with 20k miles is a better value. So my question is, what is the value ?

Love it when someone post and it irks another to flame and sling BS like this instead of ignoring it or contributing.

Having a bad day are we?

a backhanded dig at high priced providers and the guys who pay them.  What is ANTONE who has paid those prices going to say in response to his question other than

"Well, golly gee, yes she was worth it because she fucks better than a $300.00 provider."

WTF is that going to accomplish because OBVIOUSLY the OP will never buy it.  To him, it will NEVER be "worth it" since he can't feel or experience what the guys he asked the question of felt or experienced.

The only obvious answer to the OP is to go out and spend his own fucking money to see if it is "worth it."  Other than that, he's just giving a backhanded dig.

He even alluded to it in his OP when he mentioned that some high price payers only did it that once or twice compared to their other reviewed providers.  He should have figured out then that all of those guys did what he should do if he's really that interested:  try it himself or just STFU about it.

That is why I contributed by telling him to please just STFU.

If you can't pay the fiddler then don't dance.
If I can afford to by a 1 million house and it's a piece of crap, it's my money

Then your reason is it's your money and you'll spend it as you please. ok,I'm not trying to get in a nasty debate on how you spend YOUR money, but what makes 1000 more appealling than 300.

The writer of the original post didn't put it very well but there is a serious underlying question here that I have always wanted to ask.  What is the difference between our wonderful providers at $$$/$$$.50 per hour and the Eliot Spitzer level women at $1000+.  I am really curious?  Is it about bare-back FS or some other such thing?

I would really like to know and am certainly open to the notion that there might be value added when you pay at that level.  I am just wondering what that additional value is.

the value comes in a combination of youth, beauty, performance, responsibility, social skills and -most important of all- relative exclusivity.

Every encounter in this business is fraught with peril on a number of levels. Price is never conclusive but usually is a good indicator of relative exclusivity – the companion offering half hour specials in the overwhelming majority of cases has substantially more clients than the elite escort.

If the client values that along with the youth, beauty, performance, responsibility, that is a good reason to pay more and, indeed, some of these ladies are actually good values when all is considered.

If I had a extra 70k to spend on a USED Porsche,
I would much rather spend it on 140 $500 providers.
Actually I wouldn't want to be seen driving a Porsche.
Value is like beauty..It depends on who's paying for it..

Psychologists have documented in many human experiments a phenomenon where the cost alone is enough to influence one's subjective valuation of a commodity or experience.  The principle behind this is called "cognitive dissonance."

It is said to be cognitively dissonant to pay an inflated rate for a luxury good and to come away with less than a top-notch experience.  The reality should match the expectation, or we feel burned.  So people actually perceive it differently.  Top wine tasters, so-called "experts in the the field," when misled about being in the presence of a famous vintage, get it wrong with alarming frequency.

The provider experience, except for the selection of menu items, is entirely subjective and therefore highly susceptible to this phenomenon.  So who is to say where market-correct ends and high-end begins?  If believing that one is drinking of a famous vintage makes it taste better, who is to say if that enjoyment is any less valid?

I personally have found that, when seeking the company of beautiful, horny women, money can only go so far.  Eventually, one must work on one's game.  But if someone has the money to pull it off and it's working out, more power to them.

Regarding what makes one a "model," posing for one picture by a photographer makes one a model.  Whether or not that picture is published, if and how much she is paid, and the ensuing circulation of that work are (some of the) measures of the success of that model, but existentially she's a model the moment she agrees to the shoot.

(This is why I don't have a problem with there being a lot of "9-model material" ratings-- *anybody* can model.  Try taking an art class at a community college-- scary stuff.  The problem lies in confusing the broad term "model" with a particular conception of the model, the runway fashion model, the Victoria's Secret- type supermodel.)  [gets down off soapbox]

As for the OP's value analogy, I'll put my 90k on a used GT3.  Or better yet, a spec-racer with a pit crew and spares for a season.

My take on this.  I have been to the bunny ranch a while ago and paid for a porn star.  I paid about 4 times what the going price is in DC.  I got the satification of f@@king a porn star.  To be honest other than that it is same thing.  My best experience was in Australia with a girl from Venezuela and it cost me 300 all night. If TER was around I would rated her 10/10+. Second was TJ Mexico on a weekday for 200 all night.  In the 80's when PI was open to the military I partied with 5 girls all night for about 100.  In the end it is what people can afford.  The regular ladies in DC are top notch and are prices well.  Its a business and some ladies want to get every penny out of us.  Every Tuesday and Friday I watch the Mega balls drop so I can join BE500 lifesyle, lol.

...the law of diminishing returns starts to set in very quickly, IMHO. All my favorite repeats are about 300 and they are great. My current ATF is 250! She doesn't even need to post when she's coming to town anymore; just sends e-mails to her clients. I don't think any provider at any price could top her performance but, OK, it might just be our chemistry.
Some guys like to pay for exclusivity and enjoy the feeling that they are getting something that the average guy can't afford...and also brag to their friends about.
Some providers position themselves as the high priced spread because they only want very wealthy men that may provide them with a "scholarshp".
And paying more for a "porn star"? WTF is that about?

Jsut a thought...
One man's junk is another man's treasure. There is always someone that seems to step outside of market metrics, but in reality it is just part of the market dynamics. Interestingly, value is not dependent upon someone's ability to pay. A poor person may assess the value of something far greater than a rich man and vice versa.  The perception, in our case is quality, experience and time, between buyers and seller is how value is established as it relates to fluctuations in supply and demand. However, I think the core question is how much will the fringe demand and pay, as it relates to those attributes, and how far does that stray from the norm?

I am just curious to know whether this could lead to trading options?
