I've heard this phrased used a few times but could someone please explain?

St. Bart is the Master of Science in Hobbying, but I think that on his scale...
DFK, DATY, and BBBJ all add up to = 100%.
For each extra such as CIM, swallowing, Greek, Asian Rimming, etc., a girl receives an additional plus.
So for example, this week in DC, Holli at dc-eden.net would be a 100%+++ on the St. Bart scale.
