Urban dictionary search was not promising...

Definition would make sense if she was TG/TS, but profile states she is GG, so why mention "great IOP?" And google didn't help either. I would say PM the reviewer if it's that important, he mentions it twice and can't figure out unless... If he wanted to compare her to IHOP then that might be ok, fluffy buttery stack well, that can't be all too bad can it?

then you you have various types to describe the gfe. like IOH = illusions of humor (laughs at ya jokes), IOA = illusion of acceptance (doesn't judge your looks, doesn't judge your mind, doesn't judge your performance) and there are several other types
