I am really into PV and while I hear that YMMV in these sessions,  in my experience that is not the case.  I have tried upping the milage with providers that know me well and never get anywhere.  I always provide 50% tip.  On numerous occasions I have showed up with with very fat envelopes but I can never seem to tempt them.  What am I doing wrong?  Should I just hand it over in the beginning and hope for the best?  I would like to know what I will get before I hand over such I premium over asking….  BTW I am by no means a fat ugly slob… so I don't think that is the problem...

Which is only a little less than most DC escorts charge so it doesn't make much economic sense. You can always get an escort to do PV before moving on to FS. I guess you are either in it for the game/ power trip of seeing if you can get a girl to do FS who doesn't want to do it.  The "everybody has their price" scenario.  The other is that you are looking for the 'deal'.  Where you give a girl a $100 and upgrade for a bit more.

It's nice if the guy is good looking but providers love guys that are clean, polite, and who show up. I am a multitask loving woman.  Many of the younger girls at PV don't offer extras. They are out there but they are usually newer and just starting out or coming from working at strip clubs. With time or enough cash some will graduate, just as I did. So the best thing you can do is be patient and have fun. Or seriously, find a provider! There are tons of them around this area.
