I live in Baltimore. Is there a reason most providers are going to D.C. and Tysons Corner. The entire Eros board today is full of beautiful providers. None are near Baltimore. What gives?

DC metro area population is about 1.75 X Baltimore's, + DC's averge per capita income is about 30-35% higher.  The ladies go where the fans & the $$$ are.

I am a fresh face BUT if you look on the Boston boards I am getting nice feedback....with that being said, I am planning on a tri-city tour the week of May 10th, BWI, DC, and Tysons....

I guess it depends where you live -- as a NOVA resident it seems to me too many ladies frequent BWI.

If you do then its like a wish come true when I put my lips in places your thoughts cant even imagine and yes I do have a duo partner to play with and she is available for solo appts also...

I used to live in NOVA and thought BWI had all the action. Live 5 miles from BWI now and it looks like Tysons and Dupont Circle are getting all the ladies.

Let's take the ubiquitous 1 hour incall...

The business model we use, there are considerable fewer facilities which meet our requirements for cost, security and cleanliness. Simple business prudence dictates you're not going to spend beyond X for a room when you have Y expenses.
The problem with Baltimore et al is in many places rooms under a $100.00 are a tad seedy. The few places that meet our requirements either have traffic flow issues, you can't get in reliably before 3PM or are often booked.

As a business you then must either raise your price, require a higher minimum, change your "target audience" or lower your fix costs in some way.

It's easier to simply move to an area where the competition between hotels is higher, therefore often lower cost, the population density is higher therefore larger audience pool.

Now I will point out different providers have different business models, but for us these are "some" of the factors we must consider and deal with.

That being said, why can't you drive to see the ladies you want to see?  Many visiting ladies stay at BWI and other locations that are less than a 20 minute drive out of Baltimore.

looking  forward to Sophie being in Baltimore in the summer.

Overwhelmingly the majority of responses was for downtown.  In such, I will be in downtown the 10th-13th!

When ladies ask, gents need to respond if you want them to visit your areas! We do utilize the information we gather / see here on these boards when considering where to tour.  For me, I didn't want to have to raise my touring rates or lower my standard of room.

I did consider the Baltimore airport area, but was put off by the choice of hotels I must say.   If you have somewhat upscale, convenient and clean accommodation in the area (at a reasonable rate) please let me know!

I've stayed at a couple of the hotels there, and always been happy. Of course, the ladies may have had something to do with that.
