Is it me or is the well drying up with real talent? Lately I’ve seen a lot of ladies offering low end services for ridiculously high prices. I have a couple of agencies I like to use. But they have fewer ladies than they did this time last year. What am I missing? Are there any hidden gems?
That has largely been the situation (and many posting about it) for the past year or more. It's the COVID effect it seems.
If you're just now noticing and have been fairly active during this time count your self among the lucky! But from what I can see things are starting to turn better.
I’m pretty active. From my experience, there were more quality providers in Tyson’s this time last year than there are now. Now it seems the well has dried up. I hope it changes soon.
I've seen a bunch of women in Tyson's that are very good.
In addition, Tyson's seems to be a good spot for touring ladies to hit when they come to the area. I can't say I noticed any shortage of women around but then again, I'm relatively new to the DC area. I'm having no trouble maintaining a "todo" list of ladies in the area.
I wouldn't say shortage in number...but definitely in quality. COVID has given a lot of ladies the 'out' to do 'less for more'. They are able to justify providing non-gfe services (cbj, little to no-kissing, no MSOG, etc) while still charging us gfe prices or higher in the name of 'safety'. They want to see less clients, yet still maintain their bottomline; so the client that sees her has to make up the difference... in other words, you have to pay a higher rate so she can do less work. Fair right?
The rates have skyrocketed in the DMV. 350 - 400 used to be the norm for 1hr, but now I'm seeing ladies who just a year ago were at that rate now asking for 500-700/hr.
You would think that COVID would have wiped out the professions that ladies would choose as alternatives to escorting: yoga instructors, barmaids, personal trainers, etc. This should mean a growing supply of escorts, lower prices, and expanded menus, but that doesn't seem to be happening. I too am noticing prices rising, for service that is good from women who are attractive, but nothing beyond what I would expect, nothing that is matching the price increases. I don't get it.
There has been severe price inflation at the low end of the market. The inflation at the higher end has been a bit more gradual, but if the bottom of the barrel providers are charging x...it wouldn't make sense for high end providers to charge the same as them.
It's not SO bad that women who were $300-400 are now $400 to $500... where the issue comes in is with the $200 providers (with expected levels of service) are now charging $400...with $200 levels of service... It's enough to make you start trying to romance your wife again...LMAO
Exactly. I don't have a problem with the real good ones charging a bit more than their old rates, but the $200-service level ones doubling their rates and still providing the same old service, that's a problem.
This market is now a crapshoot and you have to do a lot of homework and trial and error to find a good one and every once in a while, you run across a gem.
