A number of issues involving safety keep many ladies out of MD.  Both LE and worse.  As a guy I would also be very cautious about those locations.  Too many of the public media prototypes about this business are true in PG, College Park, etc.

As to upper NW, I am not completely sure what your definition is there, but I know there are ladies available in Bethesda.  Maybe not as great a variety as you might like, but there are some good ones.

The biggest thing I would tell you is do your research and talk with some of the ladies.  It will require a little advanced planning, but I suspect a number of them are willing to go to NW if they believe there are clients there.  Might start as 1 day every other week or something, but only if they are sure it is worth their trouble.  Just seeing you would likely not be seen as worth the trip and expences.  You will likely be more successful if you acquire the room the first time so she is not the one taking the financial risk.  If she knows she is covering expences where she is, what reason would she have to risk the cost of going somewhere unknown?

Trust me, I do understand your frustrations--but the areas you are talking about are still have a number of near by ladies.  Some of the places I get stuck for a week at a time it might litterally be a 3 hr drive each way to find a lady I'd consider safe to meet.
