BP (there is a frederick and western maryland section and Eros and type frederick or hagerstown to start, see if they have reviews yada yada and go from there. Or i'm sure you can use TER and search for Frederick and see what you get

its slim pickings up that way, not saying you can't find anybody but its tough

best thing to do is pick someone from the area who you're interested in and just call/email to ask if they will head up that way, the worst that can happen is they'll say no... but i wouldn't see anyone up that way unless they were well reviewed- just my .02 cents

on the other hand someone may want to help and MsMocha did respond and she was nice and tried to be helpful without doing all the work for him and didn't come off looking like a grumpy asshole... thats a win-win

Sorry buddie but I am sick of people that want to be spoon fed when there is a huge wealth of info out there if you just take the time to look. Hell I think some of the guys here want someone to go with them and insert it for them!
