One of the very nice things about visiting Amsterdam, which I have done a few times, is being able to mix a little smoking with the other pleasures of the flesh. It is not for everyone I know, but are there any providers who are willing and able to provide both pleasures?
I know of a few who enjoy a toke. I'm not prepared to out anyone but some of the more libertarian are inclined. You'll have to provide the provider though. I'd suggest making a discreet inquiry if you're corresponding directly with your date. If you're going through an agency you'll have to ask when you're actually alone with her.
Amsterdam Windows ladies are clinical. That is what a friend of mine told me when he went over there. They just do what you pay for and little else.
