LINTHICUM, Md. - A 23-year-old Oklahoma woman was arrested in Linthicum Thursday night for prostitution, police say.

Police had been receiving complaints about prostitution taking place at the hotel for some time.

At around 10:30 p.m. members of the Vice Unit were conducting surveillance in the hotel when they noticed a client leaving. They interviewed the man who admitted to paying a woman in exchange for sexual favors.

He claimed he found the women through an ad on Baltimore backpage.com.

Officers went into the room where they found xxxxxx   xxxxxx. They also found condoms, cell phones, prepaid credit card receipts, prepaid credit cards, and cash inside the room.

xxxxx was taken into custody and charged with prostitution by any means and assignation by any means.

Don't people have any spine anymore? This community revolves around mutual trust.

We don't know what the LE told him and we don't know his situation. Perhaps the LE lied to him. Perhaps not. Perhaps he has less to lose by cooperating. Perhaps xxxxx is partly to blame.

I've seen LE  so many times that my friends that think that we're buddies and they call so often that they're on speed dial.

If you act cool, not lie and tell them you can't say anything to incriminate yourself then they may leave you alone; but then they may not. But if they know that you have something to hide and you do then you are in trouble. What if the guy has a marriage or job to protect?

There is always a bigger risk with LE when taking in a client who is married or has a sensitive job. If you are not afraid that your name being splashed on Backpage then good for you, but you can't assume that everyone is okay with that; just as when you post too damn drunk on the board that everyone should do so as well.

What you posted about the proper behavior of a hobbyist is obvious but not everyone can do that. Not everyone is like you so don't judge.
