I have seen her ads and saw no reviews for her.  Has anybody seen this person.  Is she worth $$1/2 for PV?

Jesse is a legend in these parts.  I've not seen her yet, but lots of people have and she is always reviewed favorably on the dc board on TBD.  Lot's of well known and respected hobbyists from that board who regularly go for full service rave about Jesse even though she's not FS.

Well drktib, if you've been around VA-DC-MD long enough you learn to be cool and understating about some things, to read between the lines.
Jesse YY is a northern suburban Virginia treasure. She is difficult to see for lots of reasons, mostly deserved popularity.
I've enjoyed the company of about 150 of the area's most interesting, naughtiest pretty ladies in the last two  years, and JYY is in the top five, and eye candy on top of it, but just geographically inconvenient, unless you're flying out of Dulles.
If she lived on Capitol Hill I'd be over every week, as would most of Congress in disguise.
JYY has had several reviews on TER, but they disappear quickly.
Virginia is a southern version of Salem, MASS.
Did you know that DATY is a felony in Virginia?
That's not all.

Jessie is all that she is reported to be and more.  I usually do most of my hobbying while travleing.  I just find it more comfortable being in situations where anonymity is more assured.  

Jessie, however, is where I break all of my rules.   She is awesome  I try to see her once a month and that is not really enough.

I can only hope she will move into DC someday.

Whether she's worth her rates depends on what you're looking for, and whether she likes you.  If she likes you *might* get linguistic services.  If she doesn't, you'll get just the most basic of services.

Many long-time clients swear by her, and for good reason.  Others have had less than satisfying experiences.  Again, it all depends on what you're looking for and whether she likes you.  There's a best and a worst-case scenario with seeing Jessie, which I've done a couple of times in the past.

But the fact is, as good as Jessie is, if the worst-case scenario wouldn't satisfy you, just see one of the many fine women in town who are sure things.  Until you've exhausted the girls of Tori's Secret and AHDC and the others who look your type and have stellar reviews, you may or may not want to take your chances with Jessie.

No offense meant to either Jessie fans or the extremely fine Jessie herself.  She can be the best time of your life, or only mildly satisfactory, depending on a lot of variables.  That's why she's a PV not an escort.
