Try the Dutch side of St. Martin.  Prostitution is legal, everyone speaks English and takes US dollars, and the brothels are stocked with Columbianas at $50 per. You can take one to go, "todo la noche" for a few hundred, if that's your thing.

No need to go to South America...

Very legal there and better priced than here.  Naturally, the optimal scenario when travelling on business there.  Columbia seems to be overpriced considering their economy.
