I wonder if TGND is becoming uncontrollably large and complex. They seem to have acquired a very large pool of talent. The schedule frequently does not post until Tuesday. The reviews seem to be inconsistent, and the price structure is always changing. Then, there is the larger issue of inability to talk to an actual person. One must manipulate back and forth with an endless array of text messages to confirm availability, times, etc. Just my .02
First off, yes they have a larger talent pool. I would not agree that they large and too complex at all. Cindy has taken on an assisitant to help. I give her assistant kudos for doing a fine job while Cindy is taking an overdue vacation. As far pricing, they lowered their prices as they do every year around this time. As far as the schedules go, shit happens. TGND are only human and yes they make mistakes but not as much as the competition does. The girls make their own schedules and it could be that they dont Cindy know til last minute. As for dealing with lack of human, ie texting, get over it. It is by far the quickest way to get in touch with them. Just for the record, I have never had aproblem getting in touch with them via texting. Again just my .02!
I use this agency frequently. I have far fewer problems here than with most others. In my view, the reviews are no more inconsistent for their ladies than for anywhere else.
As for the texting versus talking to someone live, I don't have a problem with it. It seems to work for them and it has worked for me to this point. So, it's the way they do business. No one is making you shop there if you don't like it.
I have not used them in a while but will as soon as I return to the DC area. If the agency has grown, then I am very happy for Cindy. She has put in a lot of energy and time into making her company grow and be successful. I am familiar with her assistant and know that she will do a great job. Just as importantly I hope Cindy is enjoying herself on vacation. It sure is an overdue one as an earlier poster said.
I would be driven mad by having to address possibly thousands of texts/calls per day. Throw in putting up with a bunch of whinney and moody girls/clients, keep a website updated daily, not to mention the logistical and financial aspect of running an agency and still attempt to have a personal life. JEEEEZ Cut her some slack. She is a sweetheart and we should be happy for her that her business is growing abd becoming more successful. At least I am.
I have used this agency for years and seen many of its ladies (not all though). I had trouble with the texting thing, (damn new technology). The scheduler,(Cindy) I think has found out that as quick and fast as she used to be with 6-8 girls appointments, that double that number is a communication nightmare. Two schedulers, like another agency has its own problems too. Double booking being one of the down sides. I personally will keep Cindy and her friends.
The website sucks, I agree. Price structure - well, they are trying to make money...
"Reviews inconsistent" - not sure what you mean, sorry?.. You mean that some reviews are good while others bad?..
I just told them, from day one (about a year ago) that I don't do text messaging, and it has been fine. It may sometimes take 10 minutes to get a call back (on a weekday), but can't remember longer than that.
delayed, they include 10 extra minutes per session for clean up and etc, and they have been totally painless to deal with for me. Can't say enough good about 'em.
They are by far my favorite agency except college park is not close enough. The one time that one girl flaked at the last minute, Cindy immediately came up with ways to make it up to me even though it really wasn't the agencies fault.
Other agencies will either just not pick up or come up w/some BS sometimes. I don't even bother asking for a credit--just cross them off the list.
Agree about the girls being too far. College Park is too far a drive, and once when they said Bethesda, it was really Rockville. That said, I've enjoyed a few of cuties I met. They'd get more business if they were closer.
As I haven't seen any ladies yet I tried to set up an appointment about a week or so ago sent a text on friday about 330 for an appointment for saturday got a text back sunday at 1130 at night so wasn't prompt but wont steer me away when I will try again soon
Yes there are issues. I am a regular but over the last couple of months have to deal with delayed returned messages, and late appointments. Unfortunately the girls are sitting in their hotel room not seeing guys because of this, and I have had to move on to other providers on those days when I have not heard back. The communications between her, her clients and girls could do with some improvement.
