He seems like a pretty decent guy.  New to the hobby (so no references but willing to be screened) and in VA.  I understand he's a veteran of the war and has the scars to prove it.

Miami Companions is okay for a start (the girls can be very hit or miss though).  Big thing to note is that they claim to not keep any records of clients after the visit is concluded.  Hence, I do not believe it is possible to get a reference from MC for the many providers who will require them.

I think it has been posted here a couple of times, but a great choice is to go to the TGND. Many choices of flavors for you there
