This one is well known to cancel your appointment at the very last minute.  She is OK when you see her but you will need a great deal of patience.

I have given up trying to get in touch with her as well.

Yes, I've gottent the last minute cancellation too.

In my case, she was out shopping and was too busy to cut her shopping spree short.  I guess this is the sign of someone very confident that we'll wait patiently for her to let us in..!
