If you were even on the debate team in high school or college sometimes you had to debate on the side of an issue you did not necessary agree with.
My posts are primarily meant to arouse conversation in the midst of ads. Do not think that my questions suggest what my feelings are. For example, I have asked more than once about Greek, but I do not participate in that particular fetish.
If someone wants to know something about me all they need do is ask.

As for my list of thumbs down, it would probably be about 3 people. Not some huge database with detailed info. Just a simple thumbs down, explaination not necessary nor would I want to give one.

As for posting with an alias, I will never do that. If I am ashamed/afraid to say how I feel, then maybe I do not feel that strongly about it.
Fear of backlash...never an issue. It is those moments, when you have the chance to speak up regardless of consequence, that you decide whether or not you are of the strong or the weak. Which will you decide to be?

I respect others opinions and accept different ideas. My ideas/opinions are not better than another's. I know I do not have all the answers. Hence the reason for my posts.

So even though I was slightly insulted, it was well worth it. The board had a little bit of good controversy and conversation.

As for giving back part of a donation because of a faux pas on my part...I am all for it, that's why I did it. I guess the lack of a "thank you" just caught me a a bit rude. That is mainly based on how I was raised. Courtesy is so important to me.

Why are you bringing up something about the greek language ? If you don't want to do it don't do it.

It must be something that bothers you because you brought it up back in March in this forum. DC happens to be one of the top places for greek services. You are not the only provider to be asked for these requests. There was another visiting provider that asked why are DC guys into greek. She was pretty upset with the requests also.

Post something on your website that you don't do greek. That will save you alot of time and frustration dealing with the greek dogs. My first greek experience was very nasty. I tried it again and it was nasty. It was not until the 3rd time until I found someone who knew how to prepare that I enjoyed it. Don't do something that you are not into. Don't feel guilty that you have to say no.

Some of the guys that you have seen have seen TS. Look at all the reviewers and there reviews on your TER profile. If they have seen a TS they will also be interested in greek. Don't blame you for saying no.

One of the providers that I have seen got a bad reviews because she did not do greek. She had her TER profile removed.

I do not get upset or frustrated over requests for certain fetishes. I just politely say no, remind him of all the things I will do and often the gentleman respects my limits.

I mentioned in the above post it to demonstrate how a person can talk about a subject and seem to for or interested in it, but on a private level feel the opposite.

Come on, Vanica, leave it alone.  You're feeding us more bullshit here.  Please re-read what you just wrote:

Nowhere in your "etiquette" post did you say that you received no "thank you" from the guy -- and you would have mentioned it given your cheap bastard charge.  

Your being late was not a "faux pas".  It was just plain rude -- a hell of a lot more rude than you seem to think the client was in accepting your now obviously insincere apology.  All of us have people counting on us to be on time.   For whatever reason (and we all have them), you screwed up someone else's schedule.  You didn't even call to warn him.  Then you got pissed when he let you make up for it.  

You should just move on from this subject and get back to those great posts that polish your good image rather than tarnish it.  You're not helping yourself with DC's gents by reinventing details of a situation you never should have brought up.

Don't get yourself in a tizzy over this crap...for real.  You are a wonderful provider with great reviews.  DO NOT I Repeat DO NOT.... ever become insulted over others opinions on this board.  It will be a downfall to you.  When you said at the end of your message that you expected a thank you because it is common courtesy...don't think that everyone has a much common sense as you or even that they would practice courtesy.  We give folks to much credit these days and some people are just straight up "common".  You were probably raised to have manners like saying please and thank you.  In today's society some people have strayed from their roots.  Don't let that bother you and don't expect a thank you for every nice gesture.
 Your expectations of others are almost like expectations you put on yourself.  Yes, you do deserve a thank you for your kind gesture ...however not everyone thinks along the same lines as you.  I agree that you have every right to voice your opinion on this board as this is what it is for.  But don't get to wrapped up in those that don't agree with you or those that do... You are way better then this.  You are a top notch provider in the area and elsewhere.  You know your reputation is good! All the way!  You have persevered through the hard times and you have stood out among the rest.  For the love of God ...don't let those that don't agree with you be a stumbling block ....I hate to say it like this but, think about how many people are in this world... Like 6 Billion!!! The small percentage of opinions on TER ...well in essence of the big picture don't truly matter.  They do to a certain extent but don't let this crap make you feel like any less of a provider.  Yes this board is full of controversy and convo...but don't let a little controversy outway your talent.  You are an awesome person and you have alot to offer.  (I believe your talents lie elsewhere in life and not particularly here.)  That's just my opinion only because I do know you... All providers are different. I like greek, Vanica says HELL NO to it (lol) There is alot of variety out there and you shouldnt feel bad or made to feel bad because it's not your thing.....

Okay, Vanica, here's my .02:  Lateness happens, but while I don't know you (hope to one day), I gather it isn't your habit.  Even so, you did the right thing to offer a discount.  Had it been me, I probably wouldn't have taken it (esp. if I'd had a good time & knew the lateness was unavoidable), but if I did take it, I certainly would have thanked you.  To me, a provider offering a discount is parallel to a hobbyist leaving a tip: it says "enjoyed it; let's do it again some time."
