Well, this thread is not quite a 411 request, since I know her well, met her several times. Anyway, post her link as follows:

Last time I saw Danika was October 2010.  She was planning another visit -- don't remember exact dates, it was either late 2010 or early 2011 -- so I setup appointment.  She then emailed me saying that she was postponing her visit. That was the last time I've ever heard from her.  It's too bad...she was one of the cutest sweetest chicks that I've ever met.
