1) Suburban Maryland - Lower Montgomery County
2) Northern VA - Tysons Corner area
3/4) Washington DC - weekends, evenings, anytime if north of Dupont Circle.
3/4) Suburban Maryland - BWI, College Park
5) Washington DC - weekdays

Is your objection to DC weekdays parking? It certainly can't be LE.

I was 15 minutes late one time because of that.

Even on a Saturday morning I had difficulty finding parking near Thomas Circle. All the garages were closed.

Washington DC is the spot..

...time. Trips to DC and MD introduce too many variables to accurately ensure a safe ingress and egress. There are SO many beautiful ladies over there, but they might as well be in Kansas.
