I'm new to D.C. and I've been happy with the escort scene, but the strip clubs I've been to have been lame.  I was last in Houston, strip club capital of the world, where anything goes for two franklins.  Are there any clubs in D.C. where you can do anything besides watch?  I've been to the block in Baltimore and I'm looking for something similar, with better looking girls and closer to home.

DC strip clubs suck. Not much else to say.

DC law prohibits any touching between dancers and customers so there is no lap dancing or anything else really. Some clubs, Good Guys to name one, has a reputation of being more loose than others but you not going to come anywhere close to getting what you could get at a comparable club in Vegas for example.

Sadly you won't find ANY clubs in DC that compare with something like Rick's Cabaret in Houston. (I still have fond memories of that place... woulda gotten married if she'd give me her contact info )
The classy places, such as Camelot, are on M St (?) off Conn. Ave in downtown NW DC. There's a couple of them there; rules mentioned in the other post apply, however. Another decent place is JP's, on K St by McPherson Square. Even with the rules, it's a better deal than in Virginia, as there the girls have to wear g-string/pasty combos.
For the reasons above, I visit them only very rarely. Better to save your money for a visit to Houston!

There are legal lap dances in a place in Beltsville MD. It's called the Showcase Theatre.  They do not serve alcohol, but you can BYOB (some rules on this as to time of day, etc.) They have both lapdances in bikini's or topless (with a g-string). In the for what it's worth department, a lady named 'Latina' is very energetic.

The closest to some of the clubs in Baltimore is the Showcase Theatre in Beltsville MD.  They have lap dances for $20 (bikini) or $30 (topless).  The women are HOT as well.  I cannot compare it to Houston because I have never been there, but it's the best in this area.  It's about 20 minutes from downtown DC.

Steve, I feel your pain buddy.  If there was an Escape Spa or something like that up here I would be broke.  Camelot is your best bet for hot women, but if you want good lap dances you'll have to go to Night Shift or Wagon Wheel in Baltimore.

I've never tried it, but I didn't get the impression that there were.  The dances were pretty good though.
