Here's an interesting excerpt from the one review for Nikki:

*** snip snip ***
At first I was taken a little off guard by the business aspect of things. After checking an ID and signing a standard waiver she went to the bathroom and asked me to get comfortable.

Signing a waiver?  This is a joke, right?

Cheers!

I have used SFE several times and never been asked to sign a form of any kind.

Hey I don't think that is a Great Idea......There is no way you are getting me to sign my John Hancock to a random waiver form.....saying what? I didnt touch the merchandise....because if I am busted a court will really not look at the fact that I am in a room with a girl who looks like my daughter, but simply understand my business moves and Honor the small contract???

Hmm well we could always ask the Agency if this is their standard practice.....? If others have used them and they dont do that.....then why would she. They are an upscale agency from what I have read and strikes me a bit odd that that goes on.....Truly.

I am thinking something is fishy about this.

What could the contract say....that actually would hold up in a court. Just because its a contract you are "technically" in a "verbal contract" already. Certainly No piece of paper saying you only saw her for Entertainment Purposes will get you or HER out of being busted.

I think this needs to be investegated a little further. This just isnt logical.

The only circumstance I can imagine is if the girl is a Adult Film STAR and wants to ensure she can show a short waiver saying "role play" if someone was to go to the tabloids.....That is the only circumstance I can imagine.

We already take the risk, with ID info, references, a work number and a few other things depending on the lady.....I think signing a waiver is crossing the line. Unless of course it would be perhaps Jenna J...I would be seeing then I would sign it in blood!!

I've been asked to sign the waiver, and as soon as I signed it Michelle (now indy) tore it up and flushed the pieces. They don't keep them or anything. The waiver says something like "i'm not LE and i understand that this is just for time--not an offer of prostitution."
