Hey guys, I'm somewhat new to this hobby and, due to my means and situation, I can't hobby that often -- once a month if I'm lucky. So I'm wondering: How many of you prefer seeing a lady with whom you're familiar (in a positive way) versus someone who appears hot, but with whom you've had no experience?

Does the allure of undiscovered country usually win out? Or do you venture into the unknown only occasionally between visits to your favorites?

Well Lue, I have five ATF's.  Three of them are local, and two regularly tour in our area.  I generally try to see the touring ones at least every other time they are in town (which would come out to 3 times a year or so, EACH).  With the local ones, I generally see 2 of the 3 at least once a month.  The other one is Ashana.  Because she is so busy, has so much repeat clientele, and so many new and existing people wanting to see her, I figure that I can probably see her maybe four times a year {tear}.  I would LIKE it to be more often.

 As for the "unknown", I guess they constitute most of the rest of my hobbying (although there are a few gals who are not quite ATF's who I tend to see more than once a year).  To accomplish all this, I am now visiting someone about once a week, on average.  As you might imagine, annually the cost of all this is well into five figures (especially including the occasional extended session or four hands).

 So, back to your original question, I try to keep some balance.  However, I regard my ATF's as SO good that they are now getting the preference.  The "unknown" (as you put it) are to keep things fresh and different, and to keep prospects for replacement of the occasional ATF who inevitably leaves.

 This is my CURRENT situation; however as always, it is subject to change.

I have always opted for variety, following Jeop's always sound advice. However, recently, I have begun seeing one provider more regularly because she has given me such an exceptionally good time. I still look out for someone new that will catch my eye, but I know that when I've got the itch, there's someone I can count on to scratch it just right!

Variety is a big kick!  The adrenaline kick when you knock on her door, not quite sure how she will look or what will take place.  The thrill of discovery!  Then there is also the downside when you have a disappointing session with someone new.

Once you find an ATF who you really like, it is a totally different kick.  Knowing that you will like it.  Probing deeper and more fully into the things you both like.  Sharing with someone who is a friend.  

It is like comparing apples and oranges.  Both great, but different.  Just my 2 cents...

Your situation sounds like you need to be selective and avoid the unknown.  You said "due to my means and situation, I can't hobby that often -- once a month if I'm lucky".  If I had a limited budget and a limited amount of time, I would concentrate on searching and reading the reviews and making sure the things that are important to you are covered.  If you are not a VIP member, then by all means spend the minimum to try it out.  There is so much good info for VIPs.  Yes, YMMV, but what you want to do is rule out the unknowns.  TER offers a wealth of info for those who know what they are looking for.  I am very particular and will not see any lady who smokes or will not kiss.  Just a few of my hangups that I check out in advance.  Nothing worse than a bad experience.  Let those who can afford to frequently go for "Somebody New" help the rest of the members via their posting of reviews.  And one last note.  Do not let an incredible photo persuade you to take an unreasonable risk.  Read the reviews.  Good luck.

I like to see each one twice I find on the 2nd trip its always better, but I'm also new to the hobby. But if I could find the right one I would make her my main hobby and just step out every now and then for something new.

What is this?  I just don't get NO respect at ALL!  This begs the question that "kinky" is necessarily "dirty".  It might be, but I notice you put "dirty old man" in quotes, and THEN left dirtiest and kinkiest OUT OF quotes, in MY case.... LOL
