Maybe so, but rs2000 has you send your CC info in an email, whereas Date-Check has a secure web page.  I'm in computer security and I'm telling you you're crazy to put that kind of information in a message that will traverse the Internet in clear text.  Identity theft happens very easily this way.

My opinion is that rs2000 is a poorly run system.  They don't even respond to requests for alternative ways to submit CC info.  Pay the higher fee to have your data submitted securely.

I was wondering if you guys have ever used date-check? I know Ive referred many a gent to that site(after Ive seen him and verified his references). That way they dont have to go through such a grueling referral process with another provider. Ive never had a gentlemen use the fact he was on date-check so I could verify him. Wondering if gents would use this, get a local provider that you have seen put you on the site and this could help all of us with the screening process, and also a gent doesnt have to give his personal info out to a new girl each time. Just a thought, love to hear yours as well. thanks terra. tell me here or e-mail me.. Have a nice weekend. [email protected]

Theres a link on my site, too. Anyone Ive seen needing a referral just use me and i will ok you. Make sure you have seen me though.

That is who runs both sites? How is personal data protected?

Naw, I like the old fashion method of people dealing with people. Once, I have seen a lady that I like...trust her more with my stuff than some mysterious database run by who?

Could end up being an another Fredrick Black Book...

My 2 cents,

MM

Both date-check and RS2k are good resources to use as references.  I am listed on both; but use RS2K most often since that is what the provider asks for wrt to references.  If providers would state that they use date-check and RS2K for validation, that would make it easier and safer for all of us.

I am a RoomService2000.com member.  Have you or would you consider utilizing this service company for your verification.
Cheers!

I have been using date-check since August and wish more would. I don't feel comfortable with references from providers due to the crap that's been happening in Phoenix....unless of course I know the provider. I have found this is to be a safe way for all parties.
If I've seen you and you'd like for me to Verify you through date-check I'd be happy to. Just make sure I have seen you and you tell Date-check otherwise you won't be a verified member. Whether your a hobbyist or provider we all need to stick together.

Did some research on a provider I plan to see soon.

I think getting on fdate check costs like $5 per month?  It's not the money itself that would be a hassle, but I can't use any convenient method of payment, like a credit card or check, for personal reasons you might be albe to figure out.  I'd have to send a money order purchased at the post office.  A trip and time out of my day I haven't thought worthwhile  Am I right about this or is there something easier?

If you don't want the monthly billing use room service 2000. With date-check there is a finicial incentive that gives providers kickbacks for signing you up. It seems more like a marketing service than a verfication/reference check service.

I'm a RS2K member and yes, I would use date-check. I prefer this method of screening since I hobby when I travel.

I think the whole idea is very helpful --- guess I need to see one of you to get my referral huh?  Yum.
