Re:My Sincerest Apologies....

As many of you know, I opted to make my agency less visible during the pre-election time.  Also, during this time, I was going through some personal issues and decided to take a respite from answering the phone.  One of the ladies that worked at DayDreams took over that responsibility for me for 5 months.  Irresponsible of me, I agree.

The apologies come with this next statement. This woman saved client's numbers in her cell phone in preparation for her and her best friend's independent days.  This was brought to my attention yesterday.  I am very sorry if their phone calls cause you any embarrassment or grief in any way.  And yes, they are calling.  I do not keep records or phone numbers in a book or in my phone and haven't for quite some time.

I do not have any problems with them leaving, it's part of the progression and I understand that.  But the way they left and the harm they've caused my reputation by calling my clients without their consent, is just wrong.  Please know that I am deeply sorry for this to have happened and will do my best to make sure that it never happens again.

Why don't you list who they are so that guys on here can boycott them.  No one should reward this kind of behavior.

I think he's right.  A private email of the people doesn't make them face the impact of what they are doing.  If they didn't put clients at risk you wouldn't need to identify them.

Dakota/Cadence and Somer/Kennedy, although it's my belief that the calls are being made by Dakota.

It's a shame what these bad apples did to you. At least you let everyone know what the truth behind the phone calls was. These girls don't realize that you have to produce a good product to have a clientele base. If I recieved a cold call from one of these girls, you can guarantee that I would not bother to do business with them. It's pretty pathetic that they are trying to steal your clients. Anyway, best of luck to you and these 1 hit wonders look like they are about ready to fall off of the charts.

I've tried to contact DayDreams a couple of times. Is your web site up and running now. By the way I was going to call one of the ladies that you mentioned but if they are calling hobbest I don't want anything to do with them. If a provider cant obey the rules of confidentiality then they will be out of bussness soon.
Thanks

Autumn, not really sure WHO you are referring to as being correct.  From the context, it sounds like Dakota.  My question is, why do you feel it would be all right for these unsolicited calls?  The guys are just trying to keep things discreet.
