has anyone had experiences with the Pamila Martin or Tracy's Elite agencies?  I have seen ads but no reviews or information.

Pamela Martin folks are fine --saw one a long time ago. Business like, but that may have been the girl. In DC you are better to sticking with the wonderful collection of independents like Brooke38DD and Summer Breeze etc.  Less hassles, and the women get all the money so are more responsive to your needs.
