Are there any agencies that are not rip offs or have decent reputation in the area? I have read some reviews, i think most of them are fake.

High praise for Syd's Secrets and Girls Next Door. I have yet to experience Cachet......maybe soon.......

Both Cachet and Syd's are fine, reputable local agencies. I know of no girl Syd has ever had that is under 100% GFE, and often Syd has 100% GFE+++ girls in town.
http://www.dc-eden.net is another well-established local agency. I have used their services now for nearly 10 years, and have never been disappointed. Heather is very accurate regarding the looks and performance of her visiting ladies.

I have not had any problems with Unspoken Passions as a 'same day' place to call.
