We all know how important privacy and references here. As a starting out newbie, I find it very difficult to find a provider without a referral. What's even more frustrating is when you finally meet the few who are willing to take a chance, they shortly go off the grid, along with my referral and ter review!  I even paid up datecheck but it's useless until verified.  It reminds me of job hunting right out of college: no job without an experience, and cannot get an experience without a job!

So... Is there anyone who are more open to referrals, willing to be my future reference, and wants to teach me greek? My preference is caucasian/latino/asian in her 20s and light build.

Don't let it discourage you. There are some out there who will see a Date-Check guy with no prior recommendation. Try sending through date-check to those you have interest in and see. Most of them say in their profile if they need 1 or more, or none.

I'm almost sure someone will popup here and want see you, almost hahaha

I have a few references, but, sometimes they are busy doing something else and will not respond. What I usually do is, get with a couple of girls for the month, knowing that they will be there. Call those girls up and ask them if its okay for them to reference me.

You really can't rely on just a few providers. Like you mention, they will be out of town doing something else. Or, in my case, were busy with their own things. Just stick in there. I was like that in the beginning. I once sent this girl six references, yup, six, and she said that none picked up. I then sent her two more, and this time, I called them to confirm it. But, the provider told me she'll try. I'm not the eager to see her, so, I moved on because she was playing games. Anyhow, not sure if this relates to your topic. But, sometimes even if you have reference, its not reliable. Shit happens man, just stick in there and endure. Best!

I will ask a lady to Whitelist me once the appointment is over. There is a reason why TER created this feature. I wish more and more people would use it.  Once a lady whitelists me, I don't have to go back to her and bother her for reference. So its a win-win.

Also, there is another feature which lets you hide your referrals. I do that when I am not hobbying, so someone wouldn't go and bug them for no reason.

That works until they delete their TER accounts and your whitelistings disappear.
