A few associates and I have been debating the most ideal incall location. I have always thought that Dupont Circle or Capital Hill were great locations. Others say College Park and Georgetown. I would love some input from Providers as well as Hobbyist.

Dupont Circle has nice hotels, great Starbucks (!), easy Metro access, good parking at the hotels, and is Provider-friendly?
IMHO. :)
Bonne chance!

I am very familiar with that area, can you guess my favorite meeting place?  I am looking for a more permeate situation where I can set up my stripper pole, lay my silk sheets, place my wine glasses and candles, as appose to pack-up-and-go rush most are familiar with. I am viewing apartments this week and am looking for a nice apartment (centrally located) so I can settle down, where all are more than welcome to make a second home. I greatly appreciate your suggestion. I will definitely keep you posted on the house warming party...

Not good for parking... but where in DC is?  Other than that the location is convenient, hotels are nice, provider friendly and as someone pointed out... STARBUCKS... hmmm!  Great morning meetings include coffee and blueberry muffins.

hi.. ok, as a Virginian, I have to speak up too..:)

DC is nice for the central aspects, but you can expect to pay upwards of $200 a night or more there and many VA guys won't make the trip into DC.  Certainly plenty will, but you lose out a large, affluent segment of the region.

Parking is generally terrible in DC, while most VA hotels have ample parking and rates will be 2/3rds or less what you pay in DC for everything from hotels to food.

I've started the thought process of being less commital..! If you come into town for 4 days, and want to stay in the DC area and skip Balmer (grin, Ponzie) do 2 days in town, and 2 days in VA or Bethesda in MD.  You might find some suburban success in MD, but PG county won't have the $ that Mont. Co and No VA has.

Have fun in town and don't skip the sights!

I would be grateful if you would consider College Park area or Columbia.  Thanks Jayla

May get blasted by the VA guys, but also think the College Park/Columbia area is pretty good. The rent will be much lower and you can attract individuals from two major markets (DC and Balt.). I have to come clean and admit either of those locations would be very good for me.      JC

Personally, I prefer College Park.  Easy access; a bit of a drive for some, but well worth it.  Also a few certain well respected providers have set up there and I believe you would find the surroundings very accomodating.  Keep us posted.
