She used to go by the name "Vanessa" when I saw her in January of this year--read my review. She had a really hot, hot bod  back then but looked as if she was gaining some pounds. From the looks of her new pics as "Courtney" it looks like she's gained even more and is trying to hide those extra pounds in her abdomen. For the $$ she asks for you can definitely find better.
On the plus side, she's very friendly and easy to talk to but I don't know if she's really committed to the biz.
