I am seeing more higher quality providers post on CL. Nice to be able to look something up for a last minute appointment.

I have been seeing a bunch of ladies that I have also seen walking along K Street when I used to leave work late from our downtown office.

These are providers with TER reviews, ads on eros and cityvibe, date-check.com.

There have been other providers who are date-check.com that have used CL, they include Lisa Riveria (last few weeks), Rose Passion(last week).

It is a nice way to annouce they are available for a last minute appointment.

Granted Lily has excellent reviews. Amy your second link, I could not find any reviews of. and the third link does not work.

So it appears that you have found a meaning one diamond in the rough.

I have seen many more. These are just from the past couple days. I have seen this provider in there. You never see them advertise anywhere except on CL. There have also been some porn stars. Very surprising because many of these providers will charge $400 or more an hour.

A few weeks ago I came back from vacation. Got home looked something up on CL, bingo got a hit. Got some fun before going to the gym. Of course when I got home the SO was asking why my workout was so long.

I have also seen some very attractive ones put ads up on CL for a few months, then migrate to the higher quality sites.

Then last but least you have the issue of people stealing pictures in order to do a bait and switch.

I found that in other cities CL is not the world it is here in DC. So a lot of out of towners come and go to CL first, because back home it is as good as TER. When out of town I use CL because it's free, it's popular,I know how to find it in a last minute type of situation and it works.

DC is the only city I have seen so far where CL is kind of like one step up from walking the street.

24 hours after you post your message, the CL ad has already been "removed by the CL community".  I am not knocking CL, as I've found a few gems there myself, but it's not easy sifting through the crap.

It looks like the competition is fierce. I have noticed that they flag the good providers. Look at the previous link that I posted in the thread of this discussion, you will see one of the providers I was talking about.
