We don't get alot of quality providers visiting at $250.  Bet you'd do well here considering alot of the visiting ones are FAKE!

If you are traveling just for business then anytime will probably work for you as I'm sure you'll do very well no matter what dates you choose.  However, if you would like to get to know the city a bit and seeing that we are supposed to get hit with 5-7" of snow today....I wouldn't recommend winter.  But springtime (April and May) in D.C. is usually a great time to visit for sightseeing.
