Based upon one final (?) foray into the hobby after my official retirement date (oops!), I'd like to add Candie to my list of "I Can't Understand Why Anyone Would See Anyone Else" friends. I had forgotten the depth, breadth, and width of her talents and the warmth of her company. Now, if I could only get my wobbly legs to take me to bed!
As I leave this community of which I have been a quiet member for about a year, for personal reasons, I offer a few departing thoughts.
With no offense to the other friends who I've met here, I don't know why hobbyists would seek the company of anyone but Reyna, truly in a class by herself, with emphasis on the word class. No shillage here, just the warm, soft truth.
Ladies - turn those cell phones off and keep the flowers and gifts out of sight; we don't need to be reminded that we're not the first car of the day to cross the bridge!!!
Gentlemen - be gentlemen, treat the ladies right; do your homework, but don't ask them which acronyms you can expect; you'd be surprised how interesting and satisfying exploration without a map can be.
