As I figured.
You're correct.....damn these type of sites, but not like one can complain to a legitimate authority about them.

This site has got to be a scam.  Some of the hourly pricing is just now right.

Anyone with any experience?

Those prices? 100%  a scam

The prices are tgtbt and the girls are just too young, hot and agreeable to everything in their adds. I contacted 2 girls with ads on that website and saw right away they were scams wanting upfront money. When I moved on , the threatening texts with gruesome photos showed up. I doubt if I actually communicated with the actual girl in the photo. That has to be the biggest scam site online. Damn these people for doing that. Damn that website.

Eros, Foxylist, and 411 may be the only escort sites that are halfway reliable. Of course there is ER reviews. The scams and frauds have taken over just about everything else.( Maybe I missed a reliable escort site. ) These scam ads are relying on an uneducated newbie who may venturing into escort sites for the first time. He may fall for a tgtbt ad and pay upfront money or worse ; he may decline and invite threatening texts. And God help him if he used his personal phone.  The text threats , demanding cash payment are awful , but if ignored these cockroach scammers will move on eventually.  But a newbie probably doesn't know this.  .He could be so terrified that he pays a 1500-2000 dollar demanded ransom because he takes the threats serious.  Then the frauds may hound him for more.  Damn these scammers and their stolen photos!  Damn these escort sites that allow obvious scams.

Tryst link is another halfway reliable site. There is no such this as a 100% reliable site. P411 comes the closest. Less nonsense there. Ads with only a telephone number should be avoided. If the provider has no web presence like a personal website, Twitter account, and e-mail, then she should be avoided. Scammers won't go to the trouble of faking those things. They swipe model photos off the Internet.

Thanks cageyboy. That's good information.

The IP is issued by DigitalOcean which is a NY company.

The domain is registered in Russia so not likely to be able to do much with that.

However if you've gotten threatening texts or calls those could be reported to DigialOcean as having originated from one of its customers.  A few reports from different people -- particularly indicating both the attempts at extortion and the potential that those behind the site might be engaged in human trafficking (admittedly not clear but something everyone wants credit in fighting for political points) might get something done to take the site down. DigialOcean would then be who would be working with LE organizations and might not need much in the way of info on who you are.
