Don't know where you heard that, but it is bullshit. I'm retired military, and my pay is not cut. Besides, the government is not shut down, yet. If it does get shut down, ALL government paychecks will stop, not be cut in half.

i am a hard working fed and just told 75% of my staff they may not be working on monday.   i could go into a rant about how this is so damaging to the country, but that is OT for this board.   to stay on topic, i see no short term impact to my hobby sked.

Now that the government has a budget I can put together my hobbying budget for remainder of physical year (I know it is fiscal, but this is my play on words)

What can I cut ?

Glad it is back also. People where pretty nervous as many only have 1-2 weeks of emergency funds.

Put normal spending on the credit card and cash for the hobby.
