For what it's worth it probably means she'd enter a long term relationship for the right amount of compensation.  Sugar daddy implies something more permanent and substantial than merely a random series of dates.  I do not know the lady, but if I were to approach her about the topic, that would be what I assume she meant.  Having said that, the details of the relationship would need to be ironed out in your discussion with her.  For instance, is either of you exclusive or non-exclusive to the other.  Of course, this all assumes that the term suger daddy has not become as meaningless as the term GFE has become for many providers.
