In your post you say the LE showed up and arrested the lady.  I always thought there had to be an overt act of asking for sex, and negotiations for money in order to be arrested for solicitation.  If the girl spoke about it on the phone then she broke a cardinal rule. All of this fear and Misinformation seems to be having its intended effect. A visiting lady canceled her first DC trip over this BS. Do we have LE posting on TER now?

I was shocked when a lady was adamant about no reviews here.  I had never had the experience of a lady not wishing to be reviewed.  Her service and looks were about 8-9's in my opinion and thought it would help her.

It was when I visited with another lady and was told much of what is above. LE had print outs of all her reviews and were used in court against her.

I have always relied on back channel and will continue to do so, thanks guys for all the help and ladies stay safe.

On what grounds would a fictional story about a sexual fantasy hold up in court? I deal with admissible evidence daily and this is one that is a real stretch even for the worst judge/clerk combo to accept. My guess is the real story was the woman in question was faced with these print outs while being questioned and decided to not stay silent - how in the fucking world would anyone prove authenticity of a review here?

It must be somewhat problematic in establishing a prima facie case that according to the guidelines for submitting reviews (item 15), all reviews are considered fictional stories that are posted by TER solely for entertainment purposes. My submissions have always had an element of fiction about them...

OMG Screen better, verify references when asked and for the guys do not see girl that not screen you, but this not going to happen. I can not see 75% because they not want to give even minimum info. I am maybe go on limb here, but I am pretty certain most busts are girls that do not screen. The big catch 22. I have to work, but the guy won't answer questions. A lot of what is said is true and yes, we all need to be careful but the fear mongering that is being displayed lately, on this board, is doing more damage then LE can ever do!  The hobby has always been one of a certain amount of risk, but we need to temper the constant posts about busts, etc..gets stressful esp. since most posts are assumptions, fueled by gossip, fear and aliases...lets take a step back...please!!!  We all know the dangers, from both sides of the game!!!

Knowing is one thing; establishing a prima facie case based on a photo tied to a supposedly written fictional review without supporting evidence (i.e. establishing the veracity of the written review in some manner) would still seem quite problematic.

I won't take any of this recent chatter about busts seriously until someone will volunteer their sources (police dept. websites, dist. court websites, media websites or boradcasts). To think that LE would sit on this level of success and not report it is hard to believe  (unless this is part of and ongoing investigation into agencies). I'ld bet dollars to donuts (yes I went there) that these "bust" posts are part of an effort by LE, PO'ed SO, or others against the hobby to freeze out our activities. You bust posters want to be taken seriously? Don't use aliases, site your sources, and learn to type.

One thing that will get you banned really fast is putting up links or information about a provider or hobbyist personal information on this site.

Once again, I highly recommend the purchase of a simple radiation detector, bug detector, or any similar device.  No cop will EVER go into a potential bust w/o a wire, which the detector will inform you of.  Available on the 'net at several sites for about $50!  Better, more sophisticated devices will cost more, but the basic detector will do the job.  Even decoy SWs wear wires and alert the detector I have, and you can too, will pick up on it...
