when providers post pictures from their "modeling" days, the pictures are at least 10 pounds and 5 years old.  Things would be so much simpler and more honest if they just posted cellphone pics taken in front of a mirror, BP style.
I stumbled on the site of a NY agency where they had "verification" pics of the ladies.  They were non-glam, cellphone or digital camera shots of the lady holding a recent newspaper (with the headline clearly visible).  No question as to who'll be behind the door when it opens.
