They're pretty clear with what they need and they do not use P411.

Greetings all,

So TER has a top providers section where we can see the top 100 in our area and of course thru our own search. Does anyone else think its worth to have a top agency ranking in our area? I would love to know which agency is reliable with communication, booking, rotation of providers, or even accuracy of providers?

In my experience with 4 agencies I have experienced so far I prefer ATM and Elite Models for their communication, booking, rotation and accuracy. Now of course I will not bad mouth agencies unless needed; and find no need in currently doing so. Just saying my experiences with ATM and EM has been solid.

Has been consistently great in all ways. Highly recommend them.  

 
I wouldn't count on any significant changes to TER along the lines you are suggesting.

Yeah I’ve been trying to get verified by DS for awhile now; with no luck. I’ve got lots of okays on p411 yet still no luck from DS. All good though; I can go elsewhere.

But something at least. What would be nice is if TER members could add a site to the list and then let everyone rate it.

Have not verified this but looks like the site owner/agency has to create the initial "profile".
