7 Things about me

1) I have not eaten a home cooked meal since Christmas.

2) Although I rarely drink, am a Sommelier and a member of the ISG.

3) I am disgusted by everything corporate.

4) I have no attachment to material goods, I have no prized possessions. To me everything in the material world can be replaced or improved.

5) My dream job is to be a Physical Education teacher.

6) I love these subjects just as much as the next guy but no matter what the circumstances are, I will never lose sleep over either of them ever again. They are Romance and Finances.

7) I have checked off everything on my bucket list with the exception of one. Finishing a marathon. Sadly, at 42 this one I may have to give up on this one.

Redheads are the biggest turn on for me.

OMG 42yo!  Sounds like you have one foot in the grave (& the other on a banana peel).  Seriously for someone who wants to be a PE instructor, you shouldn't have any trouble getting in condition to run the 'Bay to Breakers.'  Participation is the Goal; finishing optional (take as long as you want to finish).

You know what they say about life: "It's the one race you Don't want to win!"

I have tried to finish a marathon 6 times. The farthest I made it and best chance to finish was in 2009. The Marine Corps Marathon but had to give up after blister on my foot ruptured. Since then I have not ran and am nowhere near running shape.

as for teaching Gym. I have been so engulfed by my career (not my choice, long story ) that I never had the opportunity to do what I wanted. I love kids, sports and believe that schools put too much emphasis on academics and completely ignore the reality that the mind and body work hand and hand. If schools made athletics even a marginal priority, I am sure that you would see a decrease in diabetes, drug use, teen pregnancies, and less prescribed depression meds. Not to mention that you would see kids self esteem rise as well as overall grades.

Completely Agree!  Absolutely no ridicule was intended  (I forgot to add the tongue-in-cheek).

I only mentioned B to B as more of 'fun' race with participation as the goal.  As a hexagenarian one (or anyone for that matter) needs to slowly build up their condition.  (Running through LA barrio at 6am tends to do that)

1. I have 3 major scars. 1 from an operation, 1 from a bike accident and 1 from an alley thug and his grandma's gun

2. I was a runway model at 18 (not a good one though)

3. I had sex with an international pop star... And she was terrible

4. I hate basements, they creep me out

5. I taught an acting class in LA for 2 years. I'm not an actor nor had I had any theatre training at all. I got through it by  faking it and shouting the line "you must feel it inside".  Strange city LA

6. My first girlfriend, who I lost my virginity to at 17, ended up cheating on me 2 yrs later.  I've been emotionally detached to relationships since

7. I'll take a cold beer and pizza over a steak and wine any day.

Turn ons: I once saw a college aged  girl hula-hooping in a park. She had great hips, flat stomach and long dark hair and freckles. She swung her hips around to the music playing and had the hulahoop spinning around her in a tantric way. As she would turn my way the sun would catch her eyes making her squint and smile in a coy and playful way.  Her sweat glistened in the sun as she danced with the hula and she didn't care who watched. That was the fucking sexiest thing I have ever seen. It's moments and actions that turn me on, not just things

Against my better judgment, here goes...

1. I was a songwriter in Nashville for a few years, and each year I thought this would be the year I'd break through, except it wasn't.  But so you don't think I'm a total loser (at least for this reason) I did get a couple of low level album cuts

2. I played college football and would never let my son pick up a football because that game can kill you - or worse

3. I've had 8 years of higher education, but I think a lot of it is a scam as it's more about credentialization than about learning

4. My work has given me a chance to eat at hundreds of fine dining establishments across the country but I still feel there is nothing I'd rather have to eat than a really good pizza (well, almost nothing)

5. I've never been to a foreign country (no, I mean as in one that requires a real passport) and only now do I think I want to go but I don't know where

6.  I love the peace and solitude of sitting in an open field all day in a bucolic setting, sometimes until the sun go down, having a sip or two of my favorite adult beverage, and writing -- all by myself

7. I was a big strong jock but stupidly believed all the stories I heard in the locker room in high school and always felt like there was something wrong with me because my life was pretty PG rated at the time

What turns me on:  knowing that the woman I am having a great time with is having a better time than m
