Yes she worked with us for 1 week, the following week I thought she was working with us and she pops up on Desirable Companions site with out even telling me. Of course I immediately took her off my site and board post.
Some ladies will leave an agency if they dont get a fast enough start. Well she was brand new to escorting when she started with us so it takes time to get a few reviews and prove you're legit...oh well!

As agencies, we get applications all the time. Many of these women think this business is fast and easy money. Yeah right. For the most part, it's not. When many of them find out they'll actually have to put in some work and effort, they bolt to anyone who will offer them the path of least resistance.  Personally, I refuse to work with these kinds of people and turn down anyone woman who is desperate, impatient, or in a "need money NOW" mode.

More often than not, desperate people make unwise choices and present a potential danger to the other associates, my business, the Fantasy Network, and me.

In the case of this girl, it also speaks to her LACK of character in the long run. Personally Sara, I think you dodged a bullet there. Human nature has proven there is a reasonable probability that she would have been some kind of problem.

I have a new girl coming on staff now and she was blown away when she saw my rejection bin of applicants for this year. My interview rate is only 1.5% of applicants, which means my hire rate is about .05% of all applicants. There are many reasons for it, but one of the biggest is a lack of character. That's really important to me.
