Because Reviews and Whitelists from/for providers in the US are no longer visible on TER, many of us can no longer accept TER handles for screening.
I personally will continue to accept P411 usernames with 2 Okays given from established providers within the last 90 days. I also still accept the following for screening: 2 references from genuine, independent companions who you have seen within the past 90 days Employment and/or Identity verification I think many other ladies will try to give clients options to screen in the future as well.
TER was explicitly referenced by name and described as “notorious”. Reading through the indictment is very interesting. The way they are going after the folks on backpage is for publishing content that specifically describes sex acts in exchange for money (illegal) and covering up, and thus enabling, multiple instances of sex trafficking.
Perhaps it may be a better idea to accept some of the suggestions many have put forward previously in making the review system simpler, much less explicit, and less incriminating for both clients and providers? At least that way, the site would regain some of its previous utility.
Well TER required the explicit shitt in our reviews unless you, as a provider, wanted to settle for very low ratings. I had to fight tooth and nail with TER denying me giving deserving ratings to providers unless I said I stuck it up her butt or she sucked my d*ck.
