Both yesterday evening and this evening from two differnt computers and locations, I've had a horrible time connecting to TER and browsing.  Is it just me or are others experiencing the same thing?

that it depends on browser to a degree:

Google Chrome and Safari work best

Firefox is better

Internet Explorer is really bad

Internet Explorer in an InPrivate session is unusable.

but my experience is that the browser you used can make a substantial difference in how severely the site problems show up on your computer.

I agree the problem is with the site. I normally use Internet Explorer or Internet Explorer InPrivate on two different machines and there is no problem with speed - during the last three days there have been times when the site was slow I gave up (on both machines).  Right now I am using InPrivate, and everything is fine.

It seems its been fixed now.
