I recently had a bad experience with a provider from an agency I have used many times.  I have had nothign but great expericnes with them.  I was finally able to hook up with a girl form that group that I had my eye on for a long time.  Had seen her reviews and figured on a certain level of gfe as that is the reputation of the agency.  She was terrible.  No GFE.  Agency said she they would talk to her but offered no kind of compensation.  just thanks for the feedback.  Should have I expected more from the agency?

Only if they plan on your repeat business.  One advantage of this town is choices - still a buyer's market.

if a "thank you for your input" is not enough, DO NOT bring it here.  Contact the agency again and tell them what you think would be fair to make it right. Negotiate.

BUT

realize that an agency does not *own or control* the ladies who work for them. There is a limit to what they can be reponsible for.

AND

that even a lady with a good review history, *agency or indie*, will either have an off day, or that the client himself may be the source of YMMV issues.....

I recently had a bad experience with a provider from a very popular local agency.  She was new but had gotten a good mini on this site.  So, I thought she was a safe bet.  But, I was wrong and she was not very good.  I also noticed after I wrote me review that he pics are no longer on the agency website.  This tells me they cut their ties with her because she wasn't up to their standards.  I didn't get my money back or anything from the agency but I feel that i got my say on the matter and results did happen.

...as others have said, you need to convey your expectations to them.

You can't equate experiences with other ladies from an agency with this gal.

Were her reviews or profile vastly different from your experience, or from your other experiences with other ladies.

Your date was with her and not the agency. A good agency might try to make it right, but ladies have bad days, and YMMV (maybe you ate garlic that day...).

I think it happens. Move on.

I have had the same issue before with agency girls, most are very good, but some are not, especially if they are still new.  The review will certainly allow others to make an informed decision.
