have a question for you guys. what is the standard mo on wanting to experience the full hour. i have had providers tell me that it is going to be almost double because i want to go 2-3 times, what is the best way to address this? is that the standard? some people cant last i dont think they should they be penalized for it.  
providers if you see this what is the best way for a hobbyist to express this issue to you? phone email before session or dont even bother?

In my opinion there is no standard. Some providers allow as many times as you can during the hour. Of course they know most clients don't go over 2 or at least providers don't expect that.
The best way is if it is the first time with a certain provider, schedule for the time you need for one pop, then you can ask her how many pops are allow within the hour. Or the other an probably best way is to schedule for the shortest time and give her the sense you may book for longer upon arrival. When you arrive ask her in an indirect way how many pops would be allow during the hour. If the shortest amount of time offered is 1 hour then you need to take your chances as some providers don't like to discuss that over the phone or by email unless you are well verified.
I actually like second cups if scheduling for an hour and don't repeat if only one is offered.
I'm not an expert on this but I'm just sharing my thoughts.

i hear that. but understand that if hypothetically, the first pop takes less than 5 minutes and the second time will be within the next 15 that leaves 40 minutes(if were saying a standard one hour session) its true its a lot of work but dont see why it would be different than not popping and going for almost an hr straight...

pops in an hour as I can produce, and who do so for their standard hourly rate.  I usually pop twice, and when the session has been hot enough, have had triples ...  If her reviews don't indicate the answer, simply ask after screening but before setting the appt.  Be courteous, and make sure you are out the door in under 60 minutes.

It can be done if the provider is hot and into 2 pops in 1 hour. I have done 3 pops in 1.5 hours only 2 times.  Also best to take at least 3 day break from having sex. The guy has to be in good shape. Also best time is first thing in morning before you go to work well rested up. I do lots of cardio and weights.

Many high providers are not going to go for 2 pops in a hour. They prefer that you book at least a 1.5 hour appointment. If he wants multiple pop he needs to keep to porn stars, young providers and or providers on bp. One bp provider who was in her 30s told me she won't let a guy get more than one pop an hour. She wanted to be in a more loving romantic session.

By definition, it seems as if your defined full hour should include as many pops as you can squeeze in and I think I understand your goal.  
And...Your time management of your 60 minutes involves a planned 1st pop at 5 minutes and the second pop 15 minutes later...and time to squeeze more in if the planets align.  
This leads me to wonder about whether you see GFE providers. If so, the GFExperiences I savor places equal signs between me and her.

Many times clients will book longer so that they have more time in between to rest and play but everyone's different.  Usually guys when they are with me will tell me or make a hint that they pop fast the first time and then like to go a second time.
