I read this article and I get to the part where they say:

"..will also have to take out medical insurance and buy a £26 license in order to ply their trade."

I couldn't help but think, wow we already have this in DC.
The only difference is instead of buying a license we ELECT them and give them offices at tax payer expense.

Europeans have it right in many ways. Paradise FKK in Stuttgart was amazing.

I read that Prague Czech is even better - 10s for 1/3 the price of Germany.
