I just don't get it. Its hard enough for a new girl to get acquainted to this business, but you have people like my most recent reviewer who want to deter me from doing this. I don't even operate that way. I have never worn "a cute tank top and short shorts" to any of my appointments so far. I don't offer "massage only" sessions. Its one thing to not have chemistry with someone and thats fine. But to create a whole story for some free VIP days? Really?

I have never understood, free VIP for reviews. It encourages this kind of bad behavior. It's not only bad behavior, it's ruining your professional reputation.  
I'm so sorry this happened to you. It's a process that definitely needs to change.

Yes, it may help business but it's DANGEROUS for the community INCLUDING YOU.  

You guys seem not not get it, the more fake reviews ladies have, screening get stronger. Why? because we have to weed out MANY factors, LE for example?

Sorry but that fake or otherwise review is not going to ruin her reputation or business. I for one would discount his review based on his reviewing history.  

Having looked at the rest of her reviews and the history including white listings the only thing that fake review did was to bring her more attention.  

Now for those that see it as bad so be it, she wouldn't want them anyways, filtered out the shit.

But I caution all providers that come out hysterical about the process as you say those are ones I would likely avoid.

She is hot, my type, would I see her?? Hell yes. So if she can't figure out from his contact information who he is and it is a fake for free vip, let it go already.

But to come out bitching about it might cost her more than 1 fake bad performance review, at least he scored her high for looks, rightfully I'd say.

I wish her the best, and believe that one review didn't harm her, but likely got more attention.

Yecenia...This is a very common problem but you can do something about it by contacting TER for removal. There are some hoops to go through but certainly worth it to protect your good name.

I still have a fake one up. It's an 8/10 from a while ago. Great review but nonetheless,  it's still fake.  
Not cool. Some new ladies may not know it's fake and just assume the guy is ok. Dangerous for providers really.

My hope would be that they would remove it, and I’ve heard of them doing so (I’ve also heard of them not taking down fake reviews)- though I’m not sure what the protocol is exactly.  

I understand and empathize with your plight. A fake negative review is definitely cause for concern. The whole “all press is good press” by way of attention via reviews is not true- a bad review does hurt your business... and if it’s fake and paints a picture at odds with your character, it’s a bigger issue because it leads to clients not knowing what to expect (which further compromises your safety and the safety/satisfaction of new clients)

I have talked to providers who have told me bad or questionable reviews absolutely effect their business.  
They live and die by their latest ones.

With dozens of options why would someone choose a new provider with 2-3 good reviews and one marginal new one when there are dozens to choose from without this blemish? Add to that, fake reviews for new providers is an established question in the minds of some guys. It happens...Girls have told me they actually had them done for themselves.

May not be the way you think but others do.

I had this happen to me, as well.  Someone totally fabricated a review.  I had to ride TER to get it taken down; it took several days.  Their process was to contact the reviewer and give him a window to respond.  He didn't, so they removed it.

Reviews are like lawyers- a necessary evil (sorry attorneys, but you know it's true!)
They legitimize a provider and help her grow her business.  You would be surprised how much weight they carry, and one bad review at the top can kill business until it's get buried.  Not everyone is astute enough to read through several and realize there is a medium ground.    

I put my TER number on my site and suggest potential clients read them.
My services are very unique and I want them to understand exactly what they are signing up for.
My advice is get the fake review removed and stumble boldly forward!

I was accused of leaving a fake review by a provider that several of the providers in this thread are friends with and post about on Twitter. It was a good review but less than what she must've been expecting. She posted all over for everyone to ignore her fake review. She sent me numerous threatening emails as well etc. That was almost a year ago and I've seen her post many times since then about other "fake" reviews. So on the flip side I think there are providers who post fake positive reviews for themselves and fight any review that is anything but perfect tooth and nail.
