You will love this one.....called a lady that I've seen post for for some time....so-so reviews so finally I figured what the hell....she picks up, I end up going....that was my mistake....her post said one amount and when she COUNTS THE MONEY IN FRONT OF ME, informs me that I'm $10 short....I didnt have any extra on me, told her I could/would do Paypal right then and there for her but she says dont worry about it....so anyways, we do our thing, wont go into that....whole other ballgame.....anyways, I leave....get home....getting ready to leave the house with my SO, check my wallet....my debit card is GONE....I check everywhere, the vehicle, everywhere....I pull up my bank account and BAM. the cut is using my fucking debit card!!!!  I call the bank....they cut off the card and when the charges start to post, I call them back so they can dispute and I get the money back....

Question, should I post about it in a review so I can let the other hobbyist out there know about this cunt?

Anyone have any idea how this could fall if they really find my card on her, as in if she is held by store security for fraud?  I would imagine she would pitch it when she tries to use it again and it's dead....but she dont seem very bright now does she....

this girls cell phone number and everything....the room number of the hotel I saw her at....etc etc etc....not sure I wanna to talk to anyone even close to LE about it....just let the bank handle the charges?

I'm not sure who is the one that doesn't seem very bright. True, she elevated her level of criminal activity IF caught, but what client is gonna report this one. But really... you HAD to go see some chick with so-so reviews AND left her alone with your wallet?

Yes, the card company will handle the charges, etc. and you can always dispute how she got the card if necessary...

Yeah, she'll probably pitch it once it's dead, but tell me this... She now has your name... I have to wonder what phone you used to call her. I'd be concerned about her calling you and trying to extort more funds...

A lot of what you say is kinda valid....I've never ever had any kind of issue ever in the past....I just doubled checked....her posted amount WAS $5 less then what I actually gave her....hence my surprise when she said I was short....

True, she has my name....as for the phone, the wife and I have seperate cell numbers and now mine is on vibe only all the time....

I actually thought about calling her to be honest....

Maybe things are different in that area of the country, my debit card requires the use of a PIN number. Yours does not require this? My debit card does not work for anything without the use of the PIN number.

Should you decide to post her name, completely your decision, be prepared for a hell storm of responses if this should be determined to be untrue. I will allow her to respond as it is only fair.

You have the option to use it as a credit card....by-passing the pin option....at least at many stores....

I've been going over and over and over this in my head and it's the only thing that really makes sense....stopped at the bank, then with some time to kill, to the grocery store for some odds and ends, pay for the food then to the hotel....opened the wallet at the grocery store, swipe the card, put card back....the only time the card wasnt on my person in my wallet was when my pants were off at the hotel.....

Yes, it sounds like the OP made a few errors in judgment, but not as badly as some are suggesting.  Most importantly, he did out her in a separate post that a mod took down fairly promptly.

The true value of TER is to keep hobbiests informed of quality ladies who understand this is a mutual exchange of respect. She has commited probably the worse offense in this profession, ROBERY! A close second is posting fake photos. Posting  her information in a full AND mini review is a clear obligation you have to all of your fellow hobbiests. The single most important reason behind being a TER member is to ensure we dont get ripped off.

The reason it was taken down was that there was presently a current thread on the topic and if memory serves me it was only four threads down the page. Had he posted it in the current thread it would have stood a better chance of staying up.  Just sayin.
