The gist of it is, some agencies will schedule as many appointments as they have hours in a day without regard for their girl.
Others, and they arent the rule, are very conscience of girls' health and make an effort to schedule their time accordingly.
The agency mentioned at that time for not being concerned, was Miami Companions. Note, this was 2-3 years ago.

Since then, I have heard girls say the opposite and very complimentary things about their relationship with MC. So things change with personnel and most likely, with how highly the individual is thought of by the agency.

Getting back to your situation, I think you should out the agency, but defintely not the girl. I agree with Jasmine's  thoughtful comment about the girls' very sweet offer to you despite her physical shape.

I think I may know which agency you are talking, but I am not going to say anything out here, for one I could be wrong, two it is not fair for me to out them like this. But I will tell you my experience.

Like some of the others said before I always try to schedule my sessions early in the day, so I don't run into this problem, besides personally I am also fresher early in the day. I was talking to an agency girl during one of our sessions, which was good BTW, and she said she has had up to 10 sessions in a day on her first tour and she felt sore by the end of day. Not only that she said, he went cranky after two days of that. When asked why don't you ask for more breaks, she said they don't give breaks like that, and I felt really bad about this. I decided not to visit anyone from this agency, although I went back to her again.

The truth lies somewhere in between though, it's not only that agencies are not giving them breaks, some of the providers want to work more sessions in a day so they don't have to stay for more than just a few days.

In my next trip she told me again about her 10 a day sessions, and complimented me for being the first appt of the day. Then she said I do actually prefer in some sense to do more sessions a day and get it over with.

It's like doing overtime hours in any other regular job, so make extra and go home early. Many of the touring ladies don't like to stay in hotels in unfamiliar places for more than just a couple of days.

As I said before the truth is somewhere in between in your case too. Anyhow, I stopped patronizing this agency, but not all agencies are same, there are others who provide enough break. One provider told me all you have to do is tell them you need more time. But then again they don't prefer it themselves.

I also have heard a similar story from a visiting lady. But she did fly back in the following two weeks and mentioned it again. I also do as early an appt as possible for several reasons. "forces" a lady to take a large number of appointments in one day.  I highly doubt that the number of appointments is a surprise to the ladies.  It's more likely that they sign on knowing that there is at least the potential for a high volume of clients (and therefore income) and then find that when the volume materializes they are not able to handle it.  If a particular agency is working its ladies too much, it stands to reason that it would have a hard time getting ladies to work for them.  There doesn't seem to be much turnover at the reputable local agencies so they can't be treating their gals too bad.
This may have been more of a YMMV than an agency problem.

I've heard the same complaint from other agency girls.  Too many appointments in a day, and very tired at the end of the day.  Not good for the girl and not good for the hobbyist.  I've seen usually wonderful providers who were just too tired near the end of the day to perform their best and I feel shortchanged.

(1) They can be just as sore the morning after a busy day,

I am willing to bet a small sum of money that I know which agency the OP dealt with. And no one has to be a genius to figure that out. Consider: (1) competitive pricing, (2) supply of attractive fresh talent, (3) remarkable business and marketing prowess of the management, hence good visibility on TER... Do I need to go on? Are there too many major agencies here?..
