Cross state lines charges, human trafficking, working with illegal immigrants or with visa B1-b2 (not valid for work in the US) and more reasons.

Touring Girls is next? And no details? Any agency or indie is not 100% safe from the law out there! Anybody could be next! We mongers are not safe either. More agencies and indies flounder from mishandling their affairs than the law raining down on them. One indie about ten years ago took on a young apprentice who managed to screw things up at the hotel desk on her solo outing. A friend who also hobbies and was a regular of the old pro went to see the young girl. He saw a lot of fuzz parked outside the hotel, stupidly kept walking in and wound up hearing the law knock on the door as he was undressing.

Agreed that some details would be nice and that any agency or monger could be next.  Still, it's swaying me to stay with the awesome indy ladies.

Why would you take the word of some anonymous person? There is absolutely nothing to go off that TG is on leo's radar. And even then, unless you are some public servant or celebrity, an agency black book doesn't mean anything. The police simply do not have the resources to go after the hundreds of clients for a simple misdemeanor solicitation charge. It would just be a giant waste of their time.

Now... if you get caught in the act, then they will charge you and try to pry information on how to set up an appointment so they can bust the agency. Johns are very small fish compared to the owner(s) of the agencies who they can charge with multiple felonies. Source: a law enforcement buddy of mine.

Take it for what it’s worth...but, a girl that I met from TG mentioned that there were recent issues with the owner, photographer and FBI.   I reached out to another  girl and she confirmed a similar story without going into detail.  Both have worked via TG and other agencies in S Florida.
