Comparing a casino in Tysons to the arena complex in Alexandria is apples and oranges. There’s a lot to it, but for now the process has been postponed a year.

There's talk on having a casino at Tysons. How would that change the hobby?
--More ladies = lower prices or higher $?
--Higher hotel $ = more rose?
--More law enforcement = less ladies and clients?
--More or less $ spend on the ladies (depends on if the player win or loose). The odds are usually in favor of the house.
--Higher rent rates🤔?
-- The BIG question is better or worse for the clients?
--Other major changes???

How did Ted's proposal to build an entertainment center/sports arena in Crystal City work out?   No way there is going to be a casino in Tysons.

Won't happen.  They would never get the zoning permits for it.

The powers that be that actually have the ability to get it?  See how it happened in Maryland.  The state has a perfect place, the old Laurel Race track where you had ACRES of space and parking and Route 1 neatly divided for ease of traffic.  But, the gubmint bureaucrats somehow decided to build MD Live! at Arundel Mills Mall and create a traffic nightmare.  Also Horseshoe in shitty Baltimore.  MGM actually is in a good spot, but PG County by and large is shitty.

One of the richest counties in the country and Fairfax put the Metro rail ABOVE ground rather than underground.

Gubmint bureaucrats suck runny ass.  If anyone happens to be one of those bureaucrats, you can EAT my runny ass.......!
