Has anyone seen Noelle?  Sounds like she primarily is between DC and Philly. Did a TER search, to no avail. Appreciate if anyone has tried and if so, their impression.

I don't think she is legit asking for a 20% deposit IMHO.  Especially as an unknown.

I think it would be very foolish for someone new and unknown to ask for deposits, although I'm sure some do. I would be inclined to think she's a scam. Certainly proceed with caution.

In addition she says her tattoos are edited out "for privacy" but she pretty much shows her face with only slight blurring. I'm pretty sure you could recognize her if you saw her on the street.

She's been told "over the years" that there is something special about her essence. Yet she's an unknown. Hmmm.

 
Her "touring schedule" pretty much shows only a single day for each location. Considering hotel check in and check out that is more like half a day. That seems suspicious.
